Council Members asks for blacklisting Ratna Contractors

Majority of the council members of the Gajuwaka Municipality asked for the blacklisting of Ratna Contractors for failure of completion of development works that were allocated to them. The Council members met for a meeting on Saturday under the presidentship of Chairman of VVNA Raja.

Speaking at the meeting Chairman Raja said that no contractor who delays public works will be allowed and that action will be taken on the said contractor.

Council Members expressed dissatisfaction at Commissioner GSN Murthy not attending since the last three meetings.

The Council Meeting is again scheduled to be held on November 5, 2004.
